Who we are

• Browsing: Like most websites, our hosting may record technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• Contact form: When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, subject, message text, optional suggestions, and any file you attach. Attachments are transmitted by email to our estate inbox and are not stored on the web server.
• Cookies: The site may use essential session cookies for form security (for example captcha verification). We do not use analytics cookies unless explicitly added in future with notice here.

How we use your information

We use contact-form data solely to read and respond to your enquiry, process permission requests, or evaluate archive contributions you offer. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Legal basis & retention

We process contact enquiries on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to correspondence) and, where applicable, your consent when submitting the form. We retain messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for estate record-keeping, then delete or archive them securely.

The following policy applies to the Gamila El Alaily app for mobile devices, created by Nada Solutions as a free service (“AS IS”):

Information collection and use

The Application does not collect information when you download and use it.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Opt-out rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data retention policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like User Provided Data deleted, please contact yehia@nada.so and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children (app)

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted from their servers. Parents or guardians who are aware that a child has provided personal information should contact yehia@nada.so.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.
