Poem

My Love, Where

O my love, whither shall we go?Whither, O love, shall we go?
O my love, we have grown weary,Weary with passion's glow.
O waters, return to me,O stars, give ear to me;
The blissful tune of love I sing,O sister of delight, console me;
O heart of mine, make me rejoice,With songs keep me company;
O living spring, come to my aid,O birds, spread wide thy wing;
O flowers, whisper soft and low,Diffuse my love eternal.
